Elluminate's software and Internet technology enable students across the globe to learn and collaborate together.
There has never been a greater need for students across cultures to understand each other and work together. While online conference technologies might fill that need, they often create a greater gap instead: they are expensive and require high-speed Internet access, which schools in developing countries lack.
Elluminate developed affordable, real-time virtual classroom software, facilitating intensely interactive distance learning, regardless of a school’s computer platform or Internet connection speed. Elluminate also sparks international dialogues, as in the Fire and Ice project where junior-high-school students from Mozambique, Canada, and Brazil came together to address the global challenge of climate change.
